Meet Ruth 

Our Pastry Chef, Ruth Miquel, is from Perpignan, France. Perpignan is a southern French city near the Mediterranean coast and the border with Spain. Ruth speaks French, German and English. Although, Ruth built her career as an Economic Forecaster, she couldn't get her love for baking off her plate. Ruth decided to follow her passion for pastries and baking and she became a Certified Master Pastry Chef from the International School of Pastry, Olivier Bajard, in Perpignan. Ruth has a passion to bring a taste of Paris to every customer using only authentic recipes, with healthy, organic ingredients. Ruth practices the methodology of ancient bread making, rediscovered by the Ambassadors of Bread in Paris.
